I've been where
you are. That's

I used to be on antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication for nearly a decade. I was drinking heavily, smoking, abusing substances, and surrounding myself with people who weren't good for me. I knew it wasn't right — but I couldn't see a way out.

What followed was a genuine transformation. Meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and learning to live with awareness pulled me back to myself — slowly, honestly, without shortcuts. I eventually got certified as a teacher because I understood that people often value formal qualifications — but what mattered more to me was being able to teach what truly worked in practice, not just what sounded good on paper.

Today I teach from experience, not from a curriculum. Every session is shaped by what you bring to it. I'm not here to fix you — I'm here to help you remember what was never broken.

Do I need experience with meditation?+

None at all. Most people I work with are complete beginners — or people who've tried apps and YouTube videos and found they couldn't stick with it. The only requirement is genuine curiosity. Everything else we sort out together.

What actually happens in the discovery call?+

A short 15-minute conversation — audio, video, or even just messaging, whichever is most convenient for you. You share a little about where you are and what you're hoping for. I'll be honest about what I think could help and whether working together makes sense. No pitch, no pressure.

How do sessions work in practice?+

One hour, online, one-on-one via Google Meet. Each session is different depending on where you are that day. It might be guided meditation, pranayama (breathwork), an open conversation, or a mix of all three. I don't follow a rigid curriculum — the session responds to you.

What if I can't afford the full fee?+

I use a sliding-scale approach for people who are genuinely financially constrained. Just be honest with me and we'll work something out.

Is this therapy or clinical treatment?+

No. I'm not a licensed therapist or counsellor. I'm a certified meditation teacher offering guidance in conscious living, meditation, and inner wellbeing. My approach draws from both professional training and lived experience, supporting people in relating to stress, emotions, and life's challenges with greater awareness and clarity. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. If you're seeking those services, working with a licensed mental health professional may be more appropriate.

How much do sessions cost?+

Pricing is discussed during the discovery call, where we can also figure out what kind of sessions make sense for you. If cost is a concern, just mention it — I offer a sliding-scale approach for those who need it.

Where are you based? Can I work with you from abroad?+

I'm based in Penang, Malaysia, but all sessions are online via Google Meet. I work with people across Malaysia, India, Australia, the UK, the UAE, the US, Africa, Spain, and beyond. Time zones are easy to work around — just mention where you are when you book.
